The "Life Jacket Mandatory" sign reminds individuals of equipment requirements and the health and safety guidelines of certain areas and bodies of water. It asks for the use of lifejackets, or any other personal flotation devices, PFDs, to be on a persons when in the given environment. Pictured on the sign is an example of a lifejacket to give a visual representation of what is expected of individuals. 

This sign is best displayed on docks, at pool entrances and near any body of water with varying weather conditions, deep water or where aquatic machinery and vehicles are being operated.
