Mental disorders appear fashionable disease in the XXI century and if we speak of patients under age 18 must highlight the incredible increase of cases in Feeding Behaviour Disorders. In this proposed project, I would like to focus on child and adolescent anorexia nervosa. The best way to formalize the care by nursing is using NANDA taxonomy, common language, becoming more important in day to day of care intervention.To develop a care plan and carry it out properly I have proposed a 9 months proyect where more thoroughly studied the needs of these patients from the point of view of nursing, work objectives and how can we evaluate.
