About This Set: Premium Publishing, located in Stockholm Sweden, released among other things, 2 sets of blank back cards in 2019 featuring phenomenal photography of musical artists from the 1980's and the 1990's. Serie Q was a 64-card set of musical talent from the 80's and Serie Y was a 64-card set of musical talent from the 90's. Premium Publishing owned all rights to the photography which allowed them to produce these magnificent sets, and still sells licensing to these images and millions of other music talent images today. Complete sets of these cards were never released as sets. Any existing sets had to be hand collated from packs. There was only a limited run of packs made for each series (actual exact count unknown) and once they sold out, Premium Publishing stopped producing music trading cards altogether. Today these cards are highly sought after and fetch premium prices. This is the only complete 64 card Serie Y set we are aware of.

Size: Cards measure approx. 1 3/4" X 2 3/4" - 4.5 cm X 7 cm

 

Brand & Set Notes: This set has been hand compiled from packs of 2019 Premium RockShot Swedish trading cards. Each blank back card in the set is pack fresh with great corners, edges and surfaces. This set consists of 64 cards numbered 1-64. Although no information is available in regard to short prints, some cards seem to be more difficult to acquire than others, and some of the more difficult cards would be considered common cards which adds to the difficulty of completing a set.

Rarity: Extremely Rare. Examples of these fully licensed cards occasionally pop up and sell at premium prices due to their rarity. Full sets almost never become available, and the more relevant singles fetch premium prices and sell off rapidly.

 

Condition Notes: You can expect each card in this set to be grade worthy. Each card should grade anywhere from a PSA 8 to a PSA 10 if you choose to grade them. Each card is individually sleeved straight from the pack and has gone through minimal handling.

Condition Disclaimer: This is a raw trading card set, meaning, it is not graded. Most raw cards offered by cardboardportfolio will be in NM condition or better. Some cards may have light scratches or abrasions, fuzzy corners, foxing or be off center. Use the provided photographs to assess overall card condition.
