Vincenzo Paratore, a master of the new generation from Italy! A collection of works for trombone and piano composed in the 20th and 21st centuries, performed by Vincenzo Paratore, an Italian virtuoso who is active as an international soloist. Paratore studied at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris and the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome under Jacques Morger, one of the leading contemporary composers. He has won numerous prizes at national and international competitions, including the 2nd International Music Competition in Chieri, the 18th International Porcha City Competition, and the first prize in the trombone category at the 5th Jeju International Brass and Percussion Competition, making him the first Italian trombonist to achieve this feat. Since 2003, he has been Principal Trombonist of the Orchestra of the Teatro Massimo Bellini of Catania. Since 2003, he has been Principal of the Teatro Massimo Bellini Orchestra of Catania. He is also active in teaching younger musicians, giving master classes mainly in Italy.On this album, in addition to the technique inherited from his master, he plays with a singing spirit typical of Italians.
