It can be used in any foodservice environment - including freezer, cooler or your proofer up to 350°F. This mobile rack holds up to (20) 18"x26" full-size sheet pans with 3" spacing. It also accepts up to (40) 13"x18" pans. This Ultimate Pan Rack features molded-in rails with raised ribs for quicker cooling and thawing times. The 5" plastic swivel casters have locking brakes for both swivel and wheel movement. This Camshelving rack is available in a brushed graphite finish and is knocked-down for easy shipping.
