Handmade sterling silver cuttlefish textured crescent moon pendant.

In 2020 lots of cuttlefish bones washed up on Porthkidney Beach (our local beach). We collected these, dried them out and then carved beautiful shapes. Recycling our scrap silver these shapes were then cast. In the process the cuttlefish is destroyed so can only be used once. We have taken moulds of the shapes so that we can replicate the original casts.

Each sterling silver moon charm is handmade using the mould from the original cast. It is 9mm across at the widest point and has a drop of approximately 32mm including the ring.

Comes in a variety of chain lengths but we would recommend that the 14" sterling silver chains are suitable for younger children. You can personalise this item by adding a sterling silver circle tag on the clasp, which can have an initial of your choice. This makes it an extra special gift for any occasion. Please note there is an additional fee of £2.50 for this personalisation.
