It has pre-drilled holes that allow the mount to be adjusted in 1 inch increments from 2 to 8 inches above the bumper, and enable it to accommodate Wilton?? vises with 3-1/2, 4, or 4-1/2 inch bolt centers. Mounting hardware is included.
