The OP theme is sung by Kiyono Anno, who sang the ED theme "Chiisana Hitotsubu" in the first season of "Isekai Shokudo" and made her solo singing debut. While appearing in numerous popular anime such as "Macross Delta," "How to Raise a Saerenai Kanojo," "Star Twinkle Pretty Cure," and "The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls," she has steadily gained support as a singer as well. The single includes the full size and TV size of "Onnaji Kimochi", the OP theme of "Isekai Shokudo 2". and "Act 10 ~Dear My Caracters~", a song commemorating the 10th anniversary of Kiyono Anno's voice actress debut, as well as karaoke tracks for each. Only the standard edition comes with another jacket illustrated by "Isekai Shokudo 2".
