How to use: Use Moisture Surge Intense 72H Hydrator morning and night on clean skin. Use All About Eyes twice a day, morning and night. With ring finger, apply sparingly to entire eye area using a gentle patting motion. Apply High Impact Mascara starting at lash roots, wiggling brush up to lash tips. Repeat to build.
