Cologne trumpet/flugelhorn player Peter Prochka's new album with a special quartet featuring German jazz piano virtuoso Clemens Oss on organ. Peter Prochka, a trumpet/flugelhorn player from Cologne, who has been releasing a series of works with his own quintet, has formed a quartet for this album. Clemens Oss, who plays Hammond organ, is a Heidelberg native and a jazz piano virtuoso who is often compared to Bill Evans and Richie Baillyak of the 1970s. He has been friends with leader Peter Prochka since they met in Cologne in 2006. The quartet plays original compositions with a special quartet formation of both trumpet and organ, alto saxophone, and drums. The relaxed atmosphere of this album is very comfortable.
