Spanish Angus beef comes from Aberdeen Angus cattle reared in Spain under the Miguel Vergara system — one of the highest welfare and quality standards in European beef production. Raised between the meadows of Salamanca and the mountains of León, these cattle develop superior marbling, colour and juiciness compared to standard Angus beef. Selected from the top 5% of cattle.
Bring to room temperature for 45-60 minutes — these are large, thick cuts. Season generously with sea salt. Sear over high heat or directly over charcoal — 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare on a large prime rib. Finish in the oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes if needed. Rest for at least 10 minutes before carving. Find a friend and enjoy.
