The men created in this era were much smaller. They were made of wood, from small branches taken from the Tree of Life, but they did not recognize their creators so the Gods dispersed them towards the four corners of the world. The wind blew so strong that the stick men broke, though some managed to root their legs in the Earth and became trees. Those who did not root themselves became birds.

Los hombres que fueron creados en esta era eran mucho mas pequeños. Fueron hechos de madera, de las pequeñas ramas tomadas del árbol de la vida, pero no reconocían a sus creadores así que los dioses los dispersaron hacia las cuatro esquinas del mundo. Soplaron vientos tan fuetes que rompieron a los hombres de palo. Algunos lograron enraizar sus piernas en la tierra y se transformaron en arboles y los que no, se convirtieron en aves.
