The Kills, along with Arctic Monkeys and Franz Fernando, are one of Domino's leading artists, and their delicate vocals and aggressive, lo-fi guitars have earned them a huge following in the UK rock scene with their garage rock, punk, and blues sound. The band has now released "Little Bastards", an album featuring B-sides and rare recordings, and all remastered songs! The album includes the unreleased demo "Raise Me" (M4) from the "Midnight Boom" period of 2008-2009, Serge Gainsbourg's cover of "I Call It Art" (M8), and the digital bonus track "Night Train" (M5) from "Midnight Boom". and more.Other songs on the album include "Forty Four" (M9), a Howlin' Wolf cover, "I Put A Spell on You" (M16), a Screamin' Jay Hawkins cover, "Sugar Baby" (M20), a Dog Boggs cover, and more, all of which incorporate classic American roots songs into the intense sound they are known for.
