• The oven will feature a stainless steel cooking chamber with a 5 x 1/1 GN capacity, a 7.5kW power rating, and an autoreversing fan for even air circulation.
• The door will be vented, safe to touch, and include LED lighting inside the chamber.
• The electro-mechanical controls will offer options for Convection, Steam, and Combi cooking modes, as well as a rapid cool-down function activated by opening the door, temperature control ranging from 50-260°C, a manual timer for up to 120 minutes, and a manual switch to open/close the oven vent.
• A standard water hand shower will also be included.
• The oven can be bench-mounted on 100mm feet or placed on a Turbofan oven stand model SK40A. The unit will be shipped in fully recyclable packaging
