Perfect for mixing wet doughs like sourdoughs or bread doughs. Made by hand here in Montana, in a tiny woodshop. Carved by my dear friend Susan Gellner, who meticulously crafts each wooden spoon & spurtle. This spurtle is shaped out of mesquite wood with beautiful grain and rich color. It is “spalted” and therefore full of swirled color. Harvested, dried, & carved right here in Montana. Sold individually.  Medium/large mixing spoon size.  11 1/2” tall
