Paladar Barolo Finished Reposado Tequila is crafted in Jalisco, Mexico from 100% Blue Weber agave under the guidance of Master Distiller Eduardo Orendain Jr. Fermented in pine vats with a proprietary and wild yeast blend, then distilled in a hybrid alambique of copper and stainless steel, this reposado is aged in oak and finished in ex-Barolo wine casks. Bottled at 40% ABV, each release is hand-finished and dipped in volcanic soil from the agave fields.

The nose opens with roasted agave, dried cherry, and warm baking spice. Barolo influence brings subtle tannin, hints of fig, earth, and a gentle grip that frames the natural sweetness of cooked agave. Silky yet structured.
