This beautiful Edradour 11 Years Sauternes Cask Matured is a small batch release that perfectly combines the creamy, dessert-like sweetness of Sauternes with the rich, classic character of Edradour — “Scotland's Little Gem”.
Distilled in April 2012 and bottled on May 17, 2023, at 48.2% ABV and without chill filtration or artificial color. This is pure, artisanal single malt.

Flavor profile

Nose: honey, apricot, white wine, vanilla and soft spices

Taste: full, creamy and sweet; Sauternes grapes, peach, toffee, light oak

Finish: long, elegant and fruity with a warm honey note
