Very Good/VG+ vintage condition with just very minor overall cosmetic wear. Looks like it was very briefly used. Both handles are present and screw in tight, like-new. Original wood box has moderate overall wear but remains structurally solid & strong and features ultra rich patina from being stored in a machinist shop for many years. See pics.

Outer rim measures 14-1/4" diameter x 1" thick. Inner rim measures 9.7499" diameter (as marked) x 1-1/2" deep. Handles are approx. 4" long (when screwed in). Total weight in box is 35 lbs. 13.5 oz..
