Areas of application

The areas of application are derived from the homeopathic medicinal pictures. These include:

• Rheumatic joint complaints.

Contraindications

Zeel comp. N must not be used if you are allergic to plants of the daisy family or to poison sumac plants, to any of the active substances, or to any of the other components of this medicinal product.

Special precautions for use

For use in adults and children from 2 years of age.

In cases of acute joint complaints accompanied by redness, swelling or overheating, as well as in unclear, newly occurring or persistent complaints, a physician should be consulted, as these may be conditions requiring medical clarification.

Use in children: Give Zeel comp. N to children from 2 to under 12 years of age only after consultation with a physician, as insufficient experience is available for this age group.

Before using any medicinal product during pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult your physician.

This medicinal product contains less than 1 mmol (23 mg) sodium per ampoule, i.e. it is nearly “sodium-free”.

No effects on the ability to drive and use machines have been reported to date. When used as directed, no impairment is expected.

Interactions

The effect of a homeopathic medicinal product may be adversely influenced by generally harmful factors in lifestyle and by stimulants and luxury foods. Inform your physician or pharmacist if you are using, have recently used, or intend to use other medicinal products.

Dosage and method of administration

Unless otherwise prescribed:

Adults and adolescents from 12 years of age: inject 1 ampoule twice weekly subcutaneously (including periarticular), intramuscularly, intracutaneously or intravenously.

If symptoms improve, the frequency of administration should be reduced.

The ampoules should be used immediately after opening. Opened ampoules must not be stored or used later, as sterility of the injection solution can no longer be guaranteed.

Duration of treatment

Like all medicinal products, homeopathic medicinal products should not be used for prolonged periods without medical advice.

Instructions for use

Do not use a double dose if you have forgotten the previous application.

Open the ampoule carefully. Please follow the instructions.

Side effects

Like all medicinal products, this medicinal product can have side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Hypersensitivity reactions of the skin may occur, such as skin allergy, swelling or redness at the application site.

The frequency of side effects cannot be estimated due to the lack of available data.

Note: When using a homeopathic medicinal product, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In such a case, discontinue the medicinal product and consult your physician.

Composition

1 ampoule of 2.0 ml (2.0 g) contains:

• Rhus toxicodendron Dil. D4 – 10 mg
• Arnica montana Dil. D4 – 2 mg
• Solanum dulcamara Dil. D4 – 1 mg
• Sanguinaria canadensis Dil. D4 – 1 mg
• Sulfur Dil. D10 – 3 mg

Joint potentisation over the last two stages with water for injection purposes.

Other components: water for injection purposes, sodium chloride.

Pharmaceutical form

Liquid dilution for injection.
