After aging for years in Kentucky, the spirit is finished in French Bordeaux Cabernet barrels for six months, which previously held the brand's Ammunition Cabernet Sauvignon out of Alexander Valley. It's bottled at a robust 110-proof and jumps from the glass with notes of sweet corn, oak, and chocolate cherries infused while finishing in the Cabernet barrels.
