The Belgian Owl Passion is a limited release from 2019 and one of the distillery's finest expressions. Sourced from a First Fill Bourbon cask (no. 5564259) and bottled at 46% ABV , this whisky perfectly balances fruity freshness, soft vanilla notes, and the pure grain character of Haspengouw.

This is a whisky for enthusiasts who appreciate the typical Belgian style: light, refined, clean and noticeably aromatic , without peat and without frills.

Flavor profile

Nose: ripe apple, pear, soft citrus, light vanilla and fresh malt.
Taste: Elegant and soft, with hints of honey, blond chocolate, oak and light spices.
Finish: medium-long, drying oak, subtly sweet and nicely rounded.
