Teeling Recioto Wine Cask (2022)

The Teeling Recioto Wine Cask is an expressive Irish whiskey from the Sommelier Selection series , in which Teeling experiments with exceptional wine casks. For this fourth edition, the whiskey was finished in Recioto wine casks from Veneto, Italy – a sweet, concentrated red wine made from dried grapes.

This finish gives the whiskey a deep fruitiness, soft sweetness, and vinous elegance , without losing the Teeling character. Bottled in 2022 at 46% ABV , it's not sharp, but rich and layered.
