Very Good / VG+ vintage condition with minor -to- moderate overall cosmetic wear from normal use over the years. NO KEY but comes with some of the original paper towel roll remaining. Works great but cutter edge is a bit dull and would require a sharpening before it would cut nicely again. See pics.
