Suggested Use:

Liquid: Begin with 1 drop and gradually increase up to 5 drops 3 times per day or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children may use 1 drop per 10 lbs. of body weight per day, divided into 2 doses.
Capsules: Take one capsule per day and gradually increase to one capsule three times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. May be taken on an empty stomach or with a small meal as desired.
LSF: Start with 1 pump per day and gradually increase to three times per day or as directed by your healthcare professional. Hold under tongue 30 seconds before swallowing. May be added to water. Best taken on an empty stomach 10 minutes before meals. Best if used within 60 days of opening.
