Guide Roller 125×30 mm made of Polyamide 6G

The 125×30 mm guide roller made of cast Polyamide 6G (PA6G) is designed for precise guiding tasks in conveying technology, special machinery, and intralogistics. With a load capacity of 320 kg, a bore of Ø25 mm, and a hub length of 15 mm, it is ready for direct installation and requires little maintenance. The built-in ball bearing is axially secured with a retaining ring – ensuring permanently backlash-free, smooth running even under continuous load. Typical application areas are guide rollers in conveying technology and mechanical engineering.

Construction & Material

The wheel body is precisely turned from cast Polyamide 6 (PA6G). PA6G is characterized by high wear resistance, good chemical resistance, low noise development, and electrical non-conductivity. Compared to steel rollers, the weight is significantly reduced – with equivalent load capacity. The ball bearing is axially secured by a retaining ring, which allows for simple mounting on an axle or bolt without additional fastening elements.
