Guide roller 125×25 mm made of Polyamide 6G

The 125×25 mm guide roller made of cast Polyamide 6G (PA6G) is designed for precise guiding tasks in conveyor technology, special machinery, and intralogistics. With a load capacity of 300 kg, a bore of Ø20 mm, and a hub length of 14 mm, it is ready for direct installation and requires low maintenance. The integrated ball bearing is axially secured with a retaining ring – ensuring permanently smooth, play-free running even under continuous load. Typical application areas include guide rollers in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering.

Construction & Material

The wheel body is precisely turned from cast Polyamide 6 (PA6G). PA6G is characterized by high wear resistance, good chemical resistance, low noise development, and electrical non-conductivity. Compared to steel rollers, the weight is significantly reduced – with equivalent load capacity. The ball bearing is axially secured by a retaining ring, which allows for easy mounting on axles or bolts without additional fastening elements.
