Guide Roller 75×15 mm made of Polyamide 6G

The 75×15 mm guide roller made of cast Polyamide 6G (PA6G) is designed for precise guiding tasks in conveyor technology, special machinery, and intralogistics. With a load capacity of 140 kg, a bore of Ø10 mm, and a hub length of 8 mm, it is ready for immediate installation and low-maintenance. The built-in ball bearing is axially secured with a circlip – for permanently play-free, smooth running even under continuous load. Typical application areas include guide rollers in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering.

Construction & Material

The wheel body is precisely turned from cast Polyamide 6 (PA6G). PA6G is characterized by high wear resistance, good chemical resistance, low noise development, and electrical non-conductivity. Compared to steel rollers, the weight is significantly reduced – with equivalent load capacity. The ball bearing is axially secured by a circlip, which allows for easy mounting on an axle or bolt without additional fastening elements.
