140 mm Double Flanged Wheel made of Stainless Steel 1.4301

The 140 mm double flanged wheel made of stainless steel 1.4301 is designed for loads up to 1,200 kg and combines excellent running smoothness with complete corrosion resistance. It is the right choice for heavy, rail-guided systems in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering that are subject to hygienic requirements.

Construction & Material

Precisely turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), with stainless steel ball bearings, it is completely rust-free. The larger running diameter of 140 mm reduces bearing load and increases running smoothness, especially in motorized systems up to 8 km/h. The double flange geometry safely guides the wheel on both sides of the rail profile.

• With stainless steel ball bearings: Free-running on axle or bolt – low-maintenance and ready for installation.
• With hub keyway: Torque-proof shaft connection for driven wheels.
