Arginine & Ornithine  by NOW (L-arginine & Ornithine) is a preparation combining two complementary amino acids in one convenient supplement. Arginine is necessary for the proper elimination of urea from the body. Ornithine is an endogenous amino acid that, together with arginine and citrulline, plays an essential role in the urea cycle, freeing the body from ammonia - a by-product of protein metabolism. Because ornithine is converted into arginine, it may be helpful in maintaining the proper level of arginine in the body. L-Ornithine (L-ornithine hydrochloride)       500 mg

Ingredients:  L-arginine; L-ornithine hydrochloride; capsule material - gelatin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable origin).

How to use:  2 capsules a day, preferably with juice or water on an empty stomach, before exercise and at bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
