Our chocolate bars are made from a rare variety of cacao called Nacional, ethically sourced from small scale farms in Ecuador. We offer a variety of cacao percentages in dark chocolate (all dairy and gluten free) plus a delicious milk and white chocolate bars!

Our virgin chocolate bars are extra special, one of 17 cacaos in the world to be designated as heirloom cacao by the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Fund.  Conexion Chocolate developed this virgin chocolate to highlight the distinct flavors of this rare cacao. The fermentation is a longer and slower process than usual and then the cocoa is flash roasted for a bright, flavorful cacao that retains the natural tannins and green fruit flavors of the cacao.
