DVDO 1-Host USB 2.0 50m Extender over Ethernet

The DVDO 1-Host USB 2.0 extender moves a host connection up to 50m/165ft over ordinary Cat5e/6 cable, ending in a four-port hub that supports as many as four USB devices at the remote end. Installation is plug-and-play with no driver required, and the set works across Windows, Mac OS, and Linux systems.

High-speed USB 2.0 throughput runs up to 480Mbps, with backward compatibility for USB 1.1 and 1.0 peripherals. The transmitter draws power directly from the host USB port, while the receiver uses a lockable 12V DC supply that delivers 500mA to each connected device. Each unit measures 90 x 25 x 71mm, and mounting brackets are included for fixed installations.
