** WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN YOUR PACKAGE - You will receive 1 Photo Board with the photo you provide in the size you choose.  If you select a size that says "with a stand" you will also receive an indoor stand. 

** HOW TO - You just unpackage your backdrops, tape the scored lines with at least 3" nylon reinforced tape, attach your stands and you are ready to PARTY! Please note our stands are recommended for indoor use. If you'd like to use outdoors, please contact us for options. TAPE NOT INCLUDED.

** SIZE - The size that you choose is the overall dimensions for the entire backdrop. Please choose the size that YOU would like. Sizes are rounded to the nearest inch. **wide= left to right **tall = top to bottom. The backdrops may vary slightly as they are all blade cut.

** TEXT - The text will be in the fonts shown in the photo. You will type the name, school, and class of... you'd like. " She did it!" will be at the top of the board, specific placement will be at our discreation and what we feel looks best with your photo.  Please type your personalization EXACTLY how you would like it printed as we will print it exactly as it is typed. The text color will be the color you select. Therefore, please make sure what you selected is exactly what you would like. 

Additionally, if your chosen text color blends into the background or isn’t clearly visible, we’ll enhance its readability by adding a white or black outline.

** IMAGE SHOWN - The image shown is a photo of what the product can look like. You will select the size and other variables. 

** PHOTO -  The photo you select will be printed exactly as it is uploaded.  Please note we DO NOT enhance or edit photos in anyway. We DO NOT remove the background. We recommend choosing professionally taken photos for the best result. 

** SHIPPING - Please note backdrops will be scored and folded for shipping purposes. For processing time please view the Shipping & Returns section at the bottom of our website. 

** RETURNS - Our custom photo backdrops are made to order, uniquely tailored to your specifications. As a result, all sales are FINAL. Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Since the material is customized with your photo, it cannot be reused or repurposed.
