Ingredients:  Potassium (from potassium citrate), produced in a facility that processes ingredients containing allergens: yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans or nuts.

How to use:  Take 1/4 level teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily in separate proportions. Take with food and at least 240 ml of water or other drink. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Contraindications:  For adults only. Use caution when using this product if you have a medical condition (especially heart/kidney disease or diabetes) or are taking medications (especially those that may affect kidney function or blood potassium levels).
