You can now upgrade your Singer standard warranty to include our collect and return service by courier (DPD) should any issues arise with your machine, meaning it would need to visit a service centre.

DPD will be booked to collect the machine from you on a convienent date. You will be provided with an hour time slot and the DPD driver will bring a returns label. Once the fault has been rectified the machine will be returned to you free of charge by DPD.

Terms of 2 year Warranty Collect Upgrade:

Covers Singer and Bernette sewing machines and overlockers for unlimited home collections and redeliveries when a manufacturing fault is reported.
Machine must be within it's 2 year guarantee (from date of delivery).
Mainland UK addresses only.
You must have the original box and packaging.
Valid during the manufacturer's 2 year guarantee
Domestic home use only
