• The main construction is made of stainless steel, mounted on a powder-coated steel frame with chrome-plated front leveling feet. The rear legs are equipped with casters. The round cooking well has a 42-pound oil capacity and operates at 12-14 psi gauge pressure, reaching temperatures up to 375°F.
• A triple-redundant safety system includes a chrome-plated relief valve, a stainless steel splash guard, and a patented single-action cam lock cover with a pressure regulator interlock. It also features a combined pressure regulator valve/remote timer control, drain valve interlock, and pressure-activated cover locking mechanism, all designed for enhanced operator convenience and safety.
• The solid-state Temp-N-Time™ controller offers 10 programmable cooking profiles and includes an automatic cook-cycle counter. The Auto-Comp feature automatically adjusts cooking time based on the size and temperature of the load.
• The integrated filtration system is onboard and consists of an easily accessible stainless steel filter tray assembly, powered by a 1/3 horsepower motor and a 5-gallon-per-minute rotary gear displacement oil pump.
