Will this fit with my existing bumper cover or do I need to replace that too?

This grille installs independent of your bumper cover. If your current bumper is in good shape, keep it — the grille bolts directly to the factory mounting points behind it.

Do I need to prime or paint this before installation?

No. The matte black finish arrives ready to bolt on. The chrome trim bar is pre-finished as well. Install as-is or customize if you prefer a different look.
