In the 1950s, Herbert Del Monica started making hats in West Oakland, California when every lady adorned her head with a hat. He continued selling hats until his death in the '90s.

I am not totally 100% sure about the date of this hat, it could be anywhere from the 1970s to the 1980s, and possibly even the 1990s.

I've done extensive research and even asked in my research forums, but there is no conclusive answer. Milliners stopped lining hats in the 1960s and tended to print their labels instead of embroider them in the '80s. So this hat could very well be '60s to '70s. The ornate feathers (what I believe to be ostrich) and font used on the label could be the eighties. Or it could be the '90s doing an earlier style.

Inside stamp reads "Glenover Fawntra Felt Made in Poland 100% Wool"

Fawntra Felt was invented by Henry Pollack in 1933 and is described as soft, pliable, and of exceptional quality.

Brush with a hat brush or lint roll to remove dust. Can lightly comb the tiny feathers with a wide-tooth comb carefully so they don't fall out.

Great vintage condition, some minor wear consistent with age, some dimples in the top and brim, pictured.
