• these can gather in crotch area a little if you're bottom heavy and don't get the best size
  
  
• SMALL - wouldn't exceed 29-30" waist measurement  
• MEDIUM - wouldn't exceed  31-32" waist measuremet
  
• LARGE - wouldn't exceed 33-34" waist measurement  
• XLARGE- wouldn't exceed 35-36" waist measurement
