Do I need new hoses or a new thermostat with this radiator?

Hoses and thermostats are separate wear items. Inspect yours during install — if they're original and showing age, replace them at the same time. New radiator does not require new hoses unless yours are cracked or leaking.

Can I reuse my existing coolant, or do I need to flush the system?

Depends on the age and condition of your current coolant. If it's fresh and you're confident in it, you can reuse it. If there's any doubt, a complete flush and fill with fresh coolant is the safest move before installing a new radiator.

Does this come with a fan clutch or electric fans?

Radiator assembly only — fans, clutch, and fan shroud are separate components. Your existing cooling fan setup will bolt up to the new radiator mounting tabs as-is.
