Okay lets talk about these pants there's a few things you should know:

•  fitted in at the waistband NO ELASTIC is in rear but don't have a super amount of stretch
• these can gather in crotch area a little if you're bottom heavy and don't get the best size
  
• SMALL - wouldn't exceed 29-30" waist measurement  
• MEDIUM - wouldn't exceed  31-32" waist measurement
  
• LARGE - wouldn't exceed 33-34" waist measurement
