About Dzi Beads (Chong Dzi Beads):

Dzi Beads are ancient beads from Tibet, akin to Etched Carnelian, where patterns are created by burning natural dyes onto agate. These beads are believed to have been made between the 1st and 6th centuries AD. The composition of the dyes used in the burning process remains partially mysterious, adding to the bead's allure.
