To maximize the flavor of zunda, the balance of aroma and sweetness was carefully perfected. The white bean paste is made from Hokkaido-grown kidney beans, and the edamame paste combines aromatic domestic edamame with lightly sweet Taiwanese edamame. Crushed Dada-cha edamame adds texture and brings out the rich, expansive flavor of edamame.
