Zunda is mildly sweet with a refreshing color and aroma. It is popular as a topping for ice cream, dango, and other summer treats as fresh summer soybeans sprout in abundance.

To maximize the flavor of zunda, the balance of aroma and sweetness was carefully perfected. The white bean paste is made from Hokkaido-grown kidney beans, and the edamame paste combines aromatic domestic edamame with lightly sweet Taiwanese edamame. Crushed Dada-cha edamame adds texture and brings out the rich, expansive flavor of edamame.
