Pure local honey meets the spicy kick of New Mexican red chile. We are proud to partner with local beekeepers from Taos to Las Cruces whose bees pollinate a mix of native wildflowers, agricultural crops and backyard gardens. Each batch varies slightly in color and flavor based on regional plants, seasons and climate conditions. Our honey is not pasteurized and does not contain any added sugars or preservatives. Just pure, raw liquid gold and the signature heat of New Mexican red chile.
