This tiered dress features a circular pattern and three-dimensional gathers. The gathers were created without any seams using WHOLEGARMENT technology. The stripes change thickness towards the hem to match the flared silhouette, creating a dramatic atmosphere. The wide open back design also gives a bold impression.
