Do I need special fasteners to install this, or does hardware come with it?

Hardware is not confirmed to be included. Measure your factory mounting points before ordering and have appropriate grade fasteners on hand. Most RAM frame attachments use standard SAE bolts — your service manual will specify the correct size and torque spec.

Will the powder-coat scratch easily, or can I drive it right away?

The black powder-coat is cured and ready to drive as soon as it arrives. Minor scratches from trail use are normal and part of the character — if you want to touch up nicks later, any black automotive paint will blend reasonably well.

Can I bolt this on myself with basic hand tools?

Yes. You'll need a wrench set and a way to safely lift or support the front of your truck. The bar mounts at factory points, so no cutting or drilling — expect a couple of hours if you're methodical.
