These high-waisted leggings are made out of opaque black nylon spandex fabric with a see-through shiny net panel around the upper thighs. Shiny net is a stretchy fishnet-like fabric that has an appearance similar to faux leather. Wear them on their own or under mini skirts or dresses.

♦WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: hand wash cold or machine wash cold in a mesh garment bag, hang dry
♦SIZE INFO: Find the size chart in the item images. If you are between sizes, the smaller size will probably fit best. The size chart shows body measurements.
