The BG Original is our signature offering. It’s a shoe that is no fuss, all class. Something to help you take your first step in the morning, and your last step of the night. We’ve drawn inspiration from the style and presence of our community, and the creative minds that inspire us. 

The BG Original features our beloved umbrella embossed heel, an ode to the city we call home. The low cut profile and signature teardrop ™ eyelets are purposeful inclusions that emphasise one of our core values - the devil's in the details.

This shoe has been doted over, designed, unmade and reborn all to deliver you something truly unique. The BG Original. 

Each pair of BG Originals come with individual satin dust bags and a pair of signature red laces.

MATERIAL Our genuine full grain calf leather provides a soft finished leather with a smooth matte appearance, built for comfort from day 1 to day 1000.

CONSTRUCTION Upper and Rubber sole are sewn and sealed together, with an anti slip, wear resistant Goodyear seam which is a class above most footwear constructions.

CARE Clean using a damp cloth, allow to dry and apply wax-based shoe polish to restore shine if desired.
