Do I need to order both hinges or just one?

This is the passenger side only. If your driver-side hinge is also worn or damaged, order the driver-side hinge separately. Most people replace both at the same time since you're already removing the hood.

Will this work if my hood latch or other hinges are damaged?

This hinge handles the hood's weight and pivot. If your latch mechanism or the opposing hinge is bent or broken, those are separate fixes. Inspect all hood hardware before installation.

Does this hinge come with bolts and hardware?

The assembly ships as the hinge unit. Use the existing fasteners from your old hinge if they're in good condition—they're standard hardware you likely already have on hand. If yours are stripped or missing, grab the correct size from any hardware store or your local shop.
