About Dzi Beads (Chong Dzi Beads):

Dzi Beads are ancient beads from Tibet, similar to etched carnelian. They are designed by baking natural dyes into agate to create patterns. It is believed they were made between the 1st and 6th centuries AD. However, the exact composition of the dyes used remains a mystery, adding to the allure of these antique beads.
