Model wearing size SMALL
Elastic in waistband no stretch in the fabric of the bottom but none needed to size down as the cut is free flowing and pretty oversized 
straps are adjustable
VERY LONG kea not wearing heels and  had to hold while walking

this garment is size down friendly if you aren't top heavy- kea would suggest size as normal if you are

*Model was able to size down in this item due to the A line flowy cut.  model was also able to wear the small due to being smaller at the top Keep bust size in mind when considering to size down.  garment has to be stepped into.  no buttons or zippers for access.
